Very sad but the tribute off-the-cuff to Brother Levon Helm last year was unforgettable.
The 20 mins that Mule had the stage before the lightening was the hottest 20 mins of 2012.
I'll bet Warren makes up for it....

it was sad last year for me with the ABB. Gregg was not in good health and when he sang the song Damage Done the tears were flowin.

That is one of my favorite songs by Neil. Dave Matthews covers it in tribute to LeRoi. When Gregg sang it, I had just finished his new book and coupled with his health....we were a mess too. Could not think of a more poignant moment in my Wanee life.

This always reminds me of the story, probably apochrypal, but who cares:

Guy is drink, drank, drunk at a party. He unzips and pulls it out.

Two girls walk by. The first one turns to the other and says:

IT LOOKS LIKE A PENIS, ONLY SMALLER!

So many good tunes n times. cant put em all up here... one does come to mind though.. Unsure which year it was...My attitude was properly adjusted and it was a late night set from NMA and they started to do the washboard... I had never seen or hear anything like that in the world and it was a wild 5-7 minutes....:)

people watching and grabbing a drum at the drum circle is always a fun time. the fire twirlers were crazy...
