Post runninn in Wanneenen
I am super square and will probably run some distance each day camping. I can't find any sweet trails or paths to use. I'm sure i am looking at the wrong place.
in 2011 people looked at me crazy like for taking my exercise but you keep it in lines.

Would anybody want to meet up any day or distance?

I am thinking about renting a bike as well! what 's the word on them? for or against?

Thanks bunches all kind people.

I don't know about paths, but I plan on running at least 3-4 days at 3-5 miles per. It shouldn't be too hard. As for joining you, I'm scared to commit :D

Not a runner myself but if you ran out to the highway and down the road, over the bridge that crosses the Suwanee, there is a trail that follows the river through the woods in both directions. You can pick it up under the bridge.

^^^^ I'm with him, but hoorah to you for making it work at wanee. There are always plenty of runners on river road in the am.

My marathoning days are 20+ years behind me, but I still do a couple of miles in the park, although that trail aforementioned sounds very cool and probably very enjoyable. I enjoy running down to the river and all around the campsites, the bat house, the lake and just everywhere. You actually get a great sense of the park I never had until I ran there.

see some runnin' 'round the lake early also. You can see a lot when you cover great distances.

I've been doing a fair amount of running this winter/spring 1 marathon and 2 half events, not to mention the long training runs.iNew to sosmp and wanee so I wouldn't know the routes.

I follow the Galloway run/walk religiously because it provides this old overweight body better recovery. Recent been working 1:45 run/ :30 walk into a 10:15-11 pace per mile. 13.1m last weekend and probably one more before we arrive Thursday am.

Staying at HC 55 if a slower run works check in with me. I can do trails too just slow.
