For those like myself that was unable to go....

Most of the Lockn' music is up now on Panicstream.com
SCI is not available yet...but should be up in a few days.
Maybe someone could attach a link to the music for others....

Mule with Grace was worth the price of admission....
Dear Prudence and Gold Dust Woman are awesome.
Grace sang Dear Prudence with Bob Weir...but it seemed he overwhelmed her and she was a little reticent singing with him. Warren gives her more latitude and it is much more relaxed and harmonious. Love it...

Getting there early for VIP was a big mistake. But who knew that it would be a cluster f..k. Perhaps it wouldn’t have been so bad had I been healthy. But 17 hours in a truck with a broken hip before we were finally let out of the VIP holding area was too much for this gal. I was in so much pain on Thursday that I missed most of the music that night. I could hear the music because out tent was right on the entry fence side stage. :) Once rested, the following days were lots of Lockn’ fun. Came home with grate memories and lots of Lockn’ dust.

Post Re: Lockn' fun!
Knee lockn was a good time. The sound was exceptional and the stages/lights were grandiose. Like so many others, we got left in the field for hours on end at the entrance. I expected the wait but that wasnt a wait...it was a stampede of chaos with no one in sight to help and no hope. The mountain views from camp #2 were very soothing and everyone was so free and kind. No hassles from anyone. I did notice way too much molly being sold on the lot and most of it was probably bath salts. 2mile walk from our camp to the stage so if you cant walk you would be paying big money for taxi by the end (big money to me anyway) The highlights were Jimmy and Derek cutting heads during Panic!!!, Grace doing southern man and gold dust, The Crowes with Jackie brought the heat, TTB keeps getting better, Phil was on it the whole time, finally a festival with lots of sit ins.... Neil who?

The only rocks star I missed seeing was you (and your lady). Hope yo make up for it at Wanee. Long hike for you guys at Lockn. Hope you found lots of interesting stops on your way to the stages.
