Wow. Sorry I never got to see him. My dumb brother did.

Just found this one. I know every note of the Fillmore version by heart -- all 16:44!

Most people assume Eric sang for Cream....but at that point in his life he said "he was too shy and not self-assured"....so Bruce was the lead singer for the group. And did a hell of a nice job....
Lost track of Bruce somewhere along the line....but Cream did reunite a few years back for a couple shows ....all in England, I think.

The initial reunion shows were all done in London, at Royal Albert Hall; there's a cd/dvd available that was cut from those shows. A few months later, they also did a few shows at Madison Square Garden.

His resume' is quite extensive, and his voice was superb. Think about "Deserted cities of the Heart" and "We're Going Wrong."

In 1968, during the Cream stuff, he made a great jazz album with John Mclaughlin, Dick Heckstall-Smith and John Hiseman of Coliseum and others. It was Things We Like.

He played with Zappa on Apostrophe'. Played with Ginger in BBM (with Gary Moore). He is also in the great documentary "Beware of Mr. Baker." You can stream it live from YouTube.
