Post How's this for Primitive Camping??
Tonight, thanks to freakish Atlanta weather and even crazier Atlanta drivers, I'll be camping out in some dark nook of CNN Center. Normally, they'd put us up in hotel rooms when there's bad weather (because they NEED people here)...but there's a huge POULTRY CONVENTION in town, so there's not a hotel room to be had.

Wish me luck....

That does not sound comfy at all Jess. Now that I've had your official tour of the place, the picture is a bit clearer on sleeping arrangements. Hope you packed a toothbrush - haha. Stay warm.

Woot! I've scored one of the cots that they're setting up in the Omni Hotel Ballroom. :P

Having a slumber party with my lady co-workers....fun! :D

Treehugger said it took her 5+ hours to get home, and Charles was still on the road. Gridlock!

Baby girl, at least you are not in your car camping or walking on a major highway. It took my friend 7 hours from GA Pacific to Old MIlton pkwy. ): She said people had abandonded their cars and were walking on GA 400!

Oh, I'm feeling so blessed right now. My HOA just sent out an alert that there was a 9 car pile-up right outside my sub-division and nobody can get in or out.

Craziness.
