Post if the schedule format is the same as last year...
by my count there are around 7 or 8 band yet to be added?
(assuming 7 bands on mushroom stage only thursday, 6 peach fri & sat, 7 mushroom fri & Sat)

i dont remember many additions in years past but i think additions are a better bet than the schedule making a major change from years past.

maybe thursday night panic is still in the cards?

Panic wraps up west coast on the 5th and starts in Wilmington on the 11th. It's a doable thursday night possibility, but I don't think it's going to happen....they have a full tilt schedule and may need the down time before they wind up spring tour and start summer tour. Just my humble opinion, and I love Panic, but I can't see them in the cards for Wanee.

The year they played Thursday night was 2011. They were on the initial lineup the day it was announced....I was anxiously awaiting said lineup, had my compooter at work. I ignored the repeated pages back to my work station, just to see the lineup.....when it was released and I saw the bands (Panic included) I almost took out my cell phone to call the work area and tell them I was going home sick...because the excitement was too great, and the last thing they needed was a ditzy air traffic controller not keeping her head on straight because her favorite band had been announced to play once again at Wanee festival.

There will always be a few more surprises in the works but I'm not so sure it will be Panic. Hope I am wrong and you fine folks get a Thursday night, because Friday and Saturday GMC will be shaking what her mama gave her in N.C. with a few BLFs.

Post Re: if the schedule format is the same as last year...
I was wondering about what additions might happen and took a closer look at last years schedule. for the last several years wanee seems to stick pretty close to the same format as far when bands play so i decided to be a super nerd and match up the band list from 2014 with who played which stage/time from 2013. none of this is cross checked with bands schedules but i will be interested to see how close this matches up.

by my estimation there will only be around 3 band to be added to the line up at this point.

after playing around with potential schedule I am very excited with this years line up. though tom petty would have been my 'classic rock' act of choice over leenard.

12:45-1:30pm - Oli Brown (maybe the same not on the line up yet)

2:00-3:00pm - Monophonics (future birds)

I love your super nerdy compulsive breakdown! It gives me hope that someone has something else to spring on us.

Nice work.

Something I have heard rumblings about could the answer to an extra band is already there in the line up. A possible Ump-moe set???? Would be interesting and not require adding another band to the line up. But that is just wild rumor at this point.

Well done. I think you are very close to being correct. I can dance to that.
