Why do they think they have to have Katy Perry on every show? There are a lot of more deserving and talented ladies than her. Get someone more relevant.

And I agree "While my Guitar Gently Weeps" was awesome.

I would guess they showcase her cleavage...

CBS just announced they are showing the Tribute to the Beatles again:
Wednesday 8:30-11:00 EST
(guess they need some more revenue from this event?)

Just a personal aside....I wish they had gotten people associated with the Beatles play....Eric Clapton played with them several times....Dylan and Tom Petty played with George...Leon Russell played with them....of course Billy Preston is dead (RIP)...Keith Richards and Paul are friends and jam together...and several others.

Instead we get Keith Urban, Katy Perry, Brad Paisley, John Mayer
Maroon 5....what similarity is there between these people and the Beatles? None I say...Guess these peeps just wanted a little air time and jack for performing.

People once asked silly choice questions like:

"Beatles? or Rolling Stones?"

to which I would answer "Dead" or "Zappa" depending which answer I thought would awaken the questioner!

"Maryanne? or Ginger?" BOTH!!!

I can't pick one, but George is my favorite, I love everything he touched... Maybe "Here comes the Sun" because it's so sweet with such a positive lovely message.

Agreed. Especially good to hear after many days of rain and cold!

George was always my favorite Beatle. I was married to him, you know. My friend was married to Paul and our dolls were our children.

Childs play...

Its a good thing it gets the kids into it. I cought my son listening to the beatles after Paul came on SNL with Jimmy Fallon. If Katie Perry is terrible it just shows how good the beatles were.
