Been reading a lot of posts from people worried about getting busted, so I wanted to pose this question:
If an undercover cop walks up to you and says he has illegal items for sale, and you respond by asking him if he is working with a law-enforcement agency... does he HAVE to tell you by law?
I've always heard the answer is yes. Anyone out there have evidence to support this? If it's true, why don't more people put this tactic to good use?
