this is the 3rd night in a row, i havnt been able to sleep. Im consumed with excitement for wanee and I lay here in my bed, laptob on lap, staring at the tv and the computer as the clock ticks ticks ticks!

i understand.......i am not an easy-out kinda person....
it's always an excitement that i've had since very young...
i guess i don't want to miss anything so it is hard to make myself go to sleep....
it can be hard on the system,so i completely understand...

there's a song by U2 that i use,,,called MLK...
somehow i use it as milk.....and it works sometimes if you hum it just right.....find it,try it.

Yes it does...I am in the same boat as you! I finally fell asleep early last eve and then ws up at like 5am?? Still going and am tired but ...........no sleep, try what wavo said if that doesn't work I have found that Warrens voice is very soohting and have gotten to sleep that way..Positive Vibes to you and all and Good luck and good night and have sweet Wanee dreams!!! during the day I sit back in my seat at my desk, close my eyes for a second., Suddenly! Im in Florida, in my hammock, sun beating down, music playing. ITS FANTASTIC!!!
