 Bring this and don't bring that I thought a thread on this general subject might help those new to Wanee.
From this web site:
What will be there when you arrive:
•Potable water
•Restrooms and Port-o-lets
•General store
•Ice
•Information/lost and found center
•Trash and recycling stations
•Campground Security
•Shower Facilities
What you need to bring with you::
•Bug Repellent
•Sunscreen
•Trash bags
•Flashlight & batteries
•Change of clothes
•Tent
•Sleeping bags
•Ear Plugs
•Prescription Medications you may need
What you don't need to bring with you or do while your here:
•Illegal drugs
•Weapons of any kind
•Pets
•Fireworks
•Glow sticks
•Unauthorized vending
•Beer kegs
•Motorized or non-motorized transportation: scooters, bicycles, golf carts, ATV's, motor scooters, rollerblades, skateboards, powered skateboards and several not listed here. Walk, its healthier for you and your fellow concertgoers.
•Valuables
I'd add:
Bring:
maybe a wide brimmed hat
something long sleeved for the night (you can feel cold after a full day of sun)
folding chairs (some that can be brought into the music areas)
lots of drinking water, LOTS!!!
comfortable walking shoes
swimming attire if you want to jump in the river
flashlights (already said but June 6 is a new moon)
batteries
rain gear (in case, check weather)
cash to buy from vendors (ATM onsite last time I was there)
plenty of anything you regularly consume like cigarettes, beer, etc. to keep traffic down
And please bring respect for your fellow Wanee attendees!
Don't bring:
bad or obnoxious attitudes

Re: Bring this and don't bring that Ladie pls remember to bring plenty of those female type thingyies! That damn Aunt Flo shows up at the worst times!! I rescheduled mine with the help of BCP's but I bought a box of each to bring just in case of emergency.
