Mickes Q & A: The time in Florida
You allways get uncertain with the time differ. The board says "Fri May 01 9.31 pm" right now and that makes me wonder. pm (we don't use am/pm and my "hook" for getting it right has allways been that hours am is counted "after midnight" - I know its short for some latin but the midnight expression is easy to understand). But that can't be right if the board is telleing the truth. Here its Fri May 01 22:31 and that should be 10:31 pm in my "translation". Cannot be right with just one hours difference. Thought you was about 6 hoours before Florida time here!
If someone read now. What is the time? Is it morning or evening?

Micke...It's 4:45 pm here on the east coast....that would be 16:45. Could the one hour thing be a Daylight Savings Time button in your profile?

Micke - look in the upper left, User control panel and after you click on it, click on Board preferences and then the edit global settings should be there to show which time zone you want.

Thanks again. It was set to Greenwich so I reset to FLorida time so I know what time of day you have when im writing. In addition, noticed a funny thing. The board told me I had no friends online and no friends off line either

Same to you all. I will watch Generation Kill (the HBO series). Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgård there!
