 Re: Wanee Newb Needs VIP experience, advice and details I did the VIP in 07. I thought it was a ripoff. I got a few free beers, a mediocre lunch, a cheesy poster and real cool t-shirt. No way was it worth the $200 extra I paid for it. In fairness, maybe things have changed.

Re: Wanee Newb Needs VIP experience, advice and details I totally disagree. Last year VIP was excellent. The years before I agree sucked but it was well worth it last year. They have a new area they built last year that is permenate. It had ceiling fans and was completely shaded. The food was verye very good. Everyone I spoke to in the area was completely satisfied. I cant imagine not having VIP now....

and i never go VIP so i can't chime in on that,
but i always thought that it was odd where the VIP stands/seating
have been placed at fests.
to me,most of the time they are off to the side and not optimal for viewing or listening,,,and people look like they are way over there in the stands being punished and are put in time out,,not "VIP".
...i know,it's an odd viewpoint,but that's my take....i'm sure some people like it just fine.
