Perhaps some advice on transportation - is it possible to move by public transportation from Jacksonville international airport to Live Oak, from some hotel in surroundings to Festival venue and back?
We are coming from a tiny country with less than 2 millions population and the distance round there are looking huuuuuge...
Thanks, by

Thanks, guys.

We are from Slovenia, 200 km Eastern from Venice (Venezia) in Italy. We should fly from Venice airport.

What I would like to know is: is that Suwanee park a kind of a National park, without hotel facilities in the walking distance? Is it legal to drink few beers and drive in the night to the hotel? Are there any hotels in the vicinity of the park?

It is our intention to come in 2 (two), so the idea of renting a van is not very convenient, as well as buying a tent - we can not bring with us much.

Is it worth to buy VIP tickets? We like beer for 1 $, but the rest???

Does anybody knows how many people are usually attending this festival? Is it true bands are playing from afternoon to early morning hours?

We are biiiiiiiiiiiiiig fans of Allman Brothers Band, we have been lucky to hear live Greg Allman in Europe (his son Devon, too), Dickey Betts & Great Southern as well and Dereck Trucks, too. Is Wa nee festival worth of all efforts to travel quarter of the world?

Thanks for your time and consideration very much. By, msare
