some like the larger variety,but i lean more towards those redskins.

To back you up, I spoke with a young man at Tybee Island( Kev's Hot Nuts ) who boils peanuts for roadside sale, during the late spring and summer months. The demand seems to be for the Valencia reds, though, later in the summer he has to boil up the big whites. I don't have a preference, and never met a boiled goober that I didn't love. I'm a shadetree gourmet.
