Post Re: Mule Playing Only The Midnight Jam
A few years ago I heard this great song on Jam On. It was some of the best guitar playing I ever heard. I looked down to see it was the Dave Mathews band. I am thinking to myself; damn this is a great band.

The song ends and DM says “Warren Haynes on guitar”.

Love the Dave Matthews Band.

HATE their fans.

Few years ago, when Mule opened for DMB, we left 2 songs into DMB's set simply because I couldn't take another 2 minutes of drunken frat boys holding up their cell phones and screaming "DUDE! DUDE, THEY'RE PLAYING 'ANTS MARCHING'! DUDE, THIS ROCKS! I NEED ANOTHER $12 BUD!!"

Great.

I drove 5 hours to Charleston yesterday and found out the show sold out on Sunday. Luckily I had to be there for business anyway. I was told the Music Farm only holds 1000 folks.

What's the lesson here? Get your tickets early.
