Hey Guys....I have had a golf cart reserved...the park just called to let me know they would be charging my credit card by Monday in the amount of $421. The cost is $100/day plus taxes and a $100 deposit.

Unfortunatley I am going to have to let this go and save the money for my flight out there! I am offering this up to whoever might be interested. The park also mentioned that they are changing the fees to $125/day but would still honor the original quote of $100/day they gave me.

If someone is interested...PM me and maybe we can do a conference call to the park together and have the reservation changed to your name.

PS...please keep in mind that if you choose to take over the reservation....you might have to be on call to me and Owly for joyrides

Thats nice of you offering it up here. I know they are in high demand.

That's a lot of money though, especially if you need it for medical reasons. The park might be pushing it there.

can you bring your own golf cart?

I thought $100/day was a bit outrageous and now they are changing it to $125/day!

Abhaya...you would probably need to check with the park about bringing your own carts but...guessing you can?

With $100 and proof of insurance you can bring one in.

It would be great if you would consider letting the cart go to Helen. She is the person responsible for the famous Helen' s Hilton. If they get the cart, you'd be helping out a lot of great Allman Brothers people, our extended family.

you know...and it makes me mad that they price gouge. during nonfestival times the carts go for $50.00 per day. we're bringing our own this year! joy rides on us!
