With the absense of Toots and the Maytals this year and the appearence of buddy guy, What is the likely hood that Rusted Root could end up on the lineup?

Rusted Root plays here in Richmond tonight for FREE! And it's even beside great rapids on the James River. Guess where this Rat will be?!!!
