 Greening Wanee Ok vets... how green is wanee? Is there anything that needs improving on that we can do to help preserve? Are there recycling areas set up? Do they hand out any type of green bags for your campsite? My wife and I would very much like to organize some sort of greening effort if there is a need for it. We have never been to the park, so please let us know your thoughts...

Re: Greening Wanee In my opinion, in comparison with other festivals I've been to, it's not very "green." I could be wrong though.
There is recycling, but mostly around the stage areas. Outlying camp areas don't even really have a good trash system.
It's too late now, but I think it would be great for Wanee to partner with Cliff's Bars Green Notes or offer "Green Tickets" like Bonnaroo.
dwave, I think at this point it's just trying to get people aware.
