 The glorious ear plug
I were ear plugs at work because it is a noisy environment. I wear them when I cut the grass and when I sleep at night. It's amazing how much more relaxed you feel after a noisy activity if you wear earplugs. Noise is a big stress producer. If I go camping or backpacking earplugs is a must have. I just sleep so much better. They also work very well at festivals. Between the car walls, the electric fan and the ear plugs someone could be screaming outside of my car and I won't hear them. Earplugs work great to filter out late night revelers or early morning car doors slammers/pots and pans clackers. Don't get the hard yellow ones that you roll into a cylinder but the very soft ones that you can mash flat. You need something comfortable when you sleep with your head on its side. I get them free at work and will bring a whole container full to Wanee. If you want a pair just ask.

Oh My could you pls repeat that I couldn't read your lips I only wish that Phill Collins would have worn them yrs ago he might still be able to hear now He is such a talented, gifted man!!! You never see Butch Trucks without them thank goodness!! But I had meninngitis when I was a baby not once but twice I lived in the hospital so they say??? as a two yr old..never knew until a few yrs ago that is probably why I can't hear as well as others??I always thought it was because I would sit in front of the old stereo at parents with these speakers that would swing open I would like partily close them and sit in the middle blaring my music..?? That is very nice of you to offer those !! I also highly reccomend them for small kids as we don't want any hearing loss caused from loud music! Peace
