I guess great minds eat a like as well  The recipe was fairly simple. I sauteed 1 green bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, some minced garlic, jalepeno's and pancetta. I seasoned it a little w/ some random seasonings. Cubed about half a block of pepper jack cheese Then I took a ladle and lined it with about 5-6 pieces of bacon, put a thin slice of chicken breast firmly inside the ladle and filled it w/ cheese & the sauteed mixture. Then I Wrapped the bacon over the bottom half and baked it for about 20-25 minutes on 350 degrees. I then put the pan on the bottom rack and did a low broil to make the bacon crispy for about 5 5 minutes. Easy Peasy Japanesey  Chicken Bacon Balls....classic name...anything like delicious schweddy balls
