So someone please share how the music goes down. Do the stages alternate bands? any breaks in the music? How close are the stages to one another? And finally when will the fest release the final schedule with playing times?

I got this one... let's see if I get it right.

Music starts at noon on both stages...4 minute walk between the 2 stages. Slight breaks between the bands and a schedule typically does not show up until the first day of the festival. I read earlier though that one will be posted tomorrow.

i guess this should have been added in the sticky topic at the top for newbs....

Is that a 4 minute straight walk or a 4 minute zigzag.....I'm guessing it will take me 20 minutes..

Depends on the time of day...first year a butterfly and hummingbird took me off course for about 30 minutes.

It takes a good half hour minimum with the wife. You have to pass the vendors!!!!!

Which part? The walk? Are you talking from the very front of the Peach to the front of shroom taking 4 minutes? This sounds like a good time for a classroom assigment with the questions to be answered during this years fest. Questions such as:

How long DOES it take to walk from stage to stage (said in the very best tootsie pop e-voice possible)

How far of a walk is it from - the pines, field, river, etc to each of the stages

How many joints can you smoke before getting busted

How long of a line is there at the showers and at what times

How long did you wait to get in the gate

How far can you carry 1 bag of ice before you drop it

How long did you keep your chair at the front of the stage before it came up "missing"

How far did you have to hitchhike to the liquor store before getting picked up

How many people can share 1 Off bug repellant



I'll volunteer for a couple of them. I see so many new topics starting after the fest - it should be a blast.
