 Re: Festival Tips and Tricks...
I just bought a deep cycle battery for the new shower.....I wonder how many showers I can get out of it before recharging. This will be a good test for FloydFest since the showers there are really hard to get to.

My truck is already equipped with 2 deep cycle marine batteries and im bring a spare also, all within 7 months old ...i hope ill have no power issues, also have 2 inverters for those 110 needs, i generally only have to crank the truck once all day when i work with this set up running, extra baterry will help! and bring JUMPER CABLES!!!!!!!!!

I don't know how many people I've had to jump over the years. Everyone wants to crank their car stereo all day and night, but no one ever thinks about how dead their battery is.

There seems to be a decent number of trees from pictures. Also, for the ladies, festival camping is the only situation I've used dry shampoo, and it works WONDERS Plenty of shaded areas at SoS, it shouldn't be a problem finding one!

One deep cycle will run that shower for minimum 2 hours a day times 4 days no problem.

I dont ususaly sleep in a tent but, I know a lot of people do. Put a rug or door mat outside the door of you tent. This will allow you to keep the tent cleaner.

 Re: Festival Tips and Tricks...
Bring a small fix-a-tent kit with you. Seam seal and the tarp/screen patches are things that don't get thought of until you have a hole or a leak.
