I have had a few questions about printing these out and what size they should be. The size they are sent to you is 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" based on the original engineered schematics. (Thanks RvrRat)

If you are using the printing wizard in windows you may not be presented with the option for normal size. Options are to right click on the picture and open it in paint and then print from there or you can insert the picture into a word document and do your thing. There are other options out there but the end result should be something close to a standard ID size or something that will fit into a small laminating pouch. I do not know what sizes the office product stores offer but you may want to leave a large enough sealed area across the top to poke a hole in to for a lanyard, piece of leather or string.
