Wavo and Co. See? The Wanee Spirit is everywhere you look... It's times like these I'm glad I decided to camp instead of staying in a hotel... I'm bringing a guitar, or maybe a mandolin... Depends on how much room is left after packing all my camping gear. Feel free to borrow my stuff too...

I used to have a pickup in my banjo but took it out when I got a new bridge - It was a pain in the ass to try to get it loud enough without tons of feedback from overtones. One thing TOny Furtado told me was put towels in the banjo (between resonator and head) I'm looking for any bluegrass jams happening

Re: What instrument do you play? I am SURE you will have no problem finding bluegrass jams. There is ALWAYs an R.V on Shakedown street on Rees lake on the way to the bird sactuary w. a bunch of kid's picken.

Re: What instrument do you play? horns are like fiddles to me.....if you know what you are doing with them,they are great,,,,,
i have picked up the fiddle a few times in my life....and i can run off my best friends with it...
same with the horn,,,,i had a guy camp near me one time with a horn,i think a trombone,and i was ready to wrap the thing around his neck (and i am REALLY at peace with most everything these days,so it was bad)
i love dirty dozen,rebirth brass,and many horn groups,,,so jam out with your clam out,,,,,if you got the goods.
**(if you're a dude,you can substitute the "Rock out with your **** out" clause in place of the clam)

Re: What instrument do you play? OMG!!!!! I totally purchased a Harmonica yesterday. Came with a training guide and a DVD to teach. So hopefully, if i go to any camps, ill be able to play a little with other people playing woot!
