Kimock owns all.... Although... i really like the new Jimmy Herring Band stuff. Sounds like Jeff Beck w. a Saxomophone.

[quote="petewhit"]OK, I'm sober now. Sorry for calling you nuts. If I had a dollar for everybody that listened to my favorite music and told me it sucked I would be a rich man. One night I had Shakti playing on the stereo and my roommate ran out of the bedroom and ripped all of the cables out of the back. I guess he's not a big Shakti fan. In 71, had a roommate who played the Mothers of Invention @ 6 AM... I wanted to kill him... my how I have grown! There is very little music I do not like or appreciate...check out my site if you have not already. PS: I AM NUTS

That's quite an impressive list of show you've attended Jorge. We actually have a lot in common musically. Did you get a chance to see Return To Forever on tour this winter? I bet you did. They were all on fire. What a concert! Are you into high-end audio? Usually if someone listens to a lot of vinyl now a days they are.

Kimock is really chill... His stuff w. Crazy Engine is really tight. But his stuff w. Bernie Worrell (Parliment Funkadelic) and George Porter Jr. (needs no intro) is just insanity. Steve Kimock - Guitar George Porter Jr. - Bass, Vocals Bernie Worrell - Keyboards, Vocals John Morgan Kimock - Drums Red Hot Mama You're The One Many Rivers To Cross She Said Cissy Got The Blues Merle's Boogie Whiter Shade Of Pale Take A Chance Just Kissed My Baby Funkify Your Life http://www.archive.org/details/skf2007-02-09.aud-km184I wish I would have got to seen Return to Forever... Love that Jazz/Funk Improv stuff.

Yes I am... too much to mention, But I have all MAC power amps, (Front, Center, rear), Triad speakers (Surround set-up)... The I have a vintage pair of polks w/a AKAI TT (Refurbished) Tube phono stage, NAD amp...NOTHING BUT VINYL on this setup. I will post pictures?
Did not see RTF, but did do Corea/Mclaughlin 5 Man Band in Chicago...
