 Re: Primitive Camping Buddies Needed noobie here !!
Looks like I can’t get there till midday Friday at best, maybe not even at all if my work doesn’t improve. What I was wondering is since I have never been there before:
1. Will there still be tickets at gate for a Friday night and Saturday night stay?
2. Will there be any decent primitive campsites left ? Just bringing myself and my tent, but I was hoping to be in the shade. Really need shade.
any answers??

Re: Primitive Camping Buddies Needed If I break out of Ft. Myers at around 8, I should get there between 1 and 2. I'm down to meet at a designated landmark inside the park and go from there if any other first timers would like to. We can park and walk around and peep out spots.

I can try to save more space if anyone wants.....BUT.....If you get there and don't like the spot I have...it's cool. no hurt feelings....we'll still get together to party!!
