Was an off and on again tobacco user since the age of 14, gave it up at 21, started back at 34, stopped completely at 36. Re: Tribute Post for Shawn This month I'll celebrate 3 years tobacco free... no more ball & chain, smelly hair & clothes... but the BEST thing is knowing that my lungs are healing now & all those nasty chemies are gradually making their way out of my bod. I'm so thankful... & I feel so much better!! Thanks for the bump Jay... Shawn would be proud of the ones who have or are trying to quit. And if anyone needs a helping hand in quitting... please know that I'm here & will be happy to share encouragement & tips that worked for me.
