I saw him with Bootsy's Rubber Band in '76 opening for Parliament/Funkadelic.

Steve Marriott, Once he hand me a J in a club called JB Scotts in Scotia NY back in the 80's and he had a ful leg cast still played the the show as f_cking awesome

Yep. In spring of 71, Marriott, Frampton and company opened a show at the Spectrum in Philly. Next up was Black Sabbath on the Iron Man tour, and the headliner was Mountain. And I can still hear!

From my previous question, Maceo Parker played alto for James Brown and P-Funk, and Fred Wesley did the same on trombone. Karl Denson did his first recording with Fred Wesley. And Fred and Maceo were at Bear Creek two years ago.
