 Re: MUSIC TRIVIA
At Woodstock the crowd was chanting "No rain" just before this song started, and the chants segued neatly into the percussion intro to the song.

Oddly enough, the 8-minute movie version is chopped down from the actual performance available on the reissued first Santana CD -- actually 11:39.

 Re: MUSIC TRIVIA
When Sears (or some big-box store) used Eddy Grant's "Electric Avenue," we got to hear the song a few too many times (not his fault).
Name the group he led and the hit record they had in the 60s.

Name the group he led and the hit record they had in the 60s. Come back baby We'll count that. You're up, maestro63. The complete answer was: The Equals doing "Baby, Come Back."

Jefferson Airplane appeared instead and played "We Can Be Together." Best I can recall, it was the COMPLETE version. A great night for music on TV.

Also appearing on the Woodstock show were Joni Mitchell, David Crosby and Stephen Stills. Stills pointing out the mud from the concert venue still on his pantleg. When asked to play a number before it’s too late he asks will I get to the end and Cavett replies before you know it. Now 44 years later CSN still touring with no end in sight.

 Re: MUSIC TRIVIA
I haven't searched. Is that available somewhere on the web? I forgot about all of that.
