 Camping set up
Sorry if this has been discussed. I have been to many festivals, but this is my first year at Wanee. I can either get there late on Thursday or early on Friday and was looking for any advice on which would be better. I will need to set up camp. Is it real dark in the campsites? Would you rather have someone setting up camp near you at midnight or at 8 a.m.? Can you even get in that early in the morning? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 Re: Camping set up
I think the gates open at 8am but maybe earlier on Friday if people are lining up. It will be a pretty full moon on Thursday night but if you get up under trees it might be a bit dark to set up camp. A lantern helps if you are used to your tent, etc.

 Re: Camping set up
I've learned the best thing for setting up camp (and camping for that matter) in the dark is a led headlamp! You can find them at Wallmart and they make it easy to light everything you need to do hand free! No more maglites held in your mouth!

Is there any type of showers available at the campsite?
