 Smoke free!!!!!! well like i told you all before, im going Cig free thanks to the encouragement of this board... been trimming down ll week long and havent had one since lunch yesterday... which doesnt seem that long ago for yall, but has been a friggin eternity to me!! lol... thats ok i got candy! lol.. anyways, Thanks Shawn! You inspired this!
