Re: Flood Benefit Nole, I got an email from Beth confirming a Thursday pre-party. Here's the pertinent part of that~ Quote: Music on Thursday too including our friends from Quartermoon. Also there is a very special guest on Saturday evening. The promoters can't announce who it is, but we know who it is and you will not be disappointed. You all know this person and you have seen them play at MagnoliaFest, Bear Creek & Wanee in years past. So, music on Thursday. And someone good promised for Saturday. Shaping up to be quite an excellent weekend! Oh yeah, I saw on the Facebook that the Bibb City Ramblers will be playing Friday as well. Good stuff indeed! I suppose we can start rumors on who the secret artist is. My boy, who knows his stuff, predicts Big Sam's Funky Nation. His is a good a guess as I could muster, so I am in agreement. Between Mag / Wanee / Bear Creek, there really isn't a whole lot of overlap. So there's your hot rumor for the day

We won't make MagFest so this is like a minimag!
My Special Guest guess is Col Bruce but i think the way the post was worded it may be a bigger name.
