We are close to 10" now and some parts of Palm Beach Co. are approaching 14"

Re: Flood Benefit I live right beside a local river...thus my moniker.
We can take 10-12 inches of rain okay....it is just when it gets to 16+ inches that it becomes a problem for us. We have had 4 feet of water in the downstairs of our house, so I can definitely sympathize with those that are flooded.
We sweat it out every time...as you never know when it might rise more and faster than you realize. You just can't plan for the eventuality of the flooding.
