George is the lunatic king, but Garry was always the quarterback/Prime Minister of Funk. He was the glue that held the organization together. In fact, when they toured in 1980 on "Gloryhallastoopid," George wasn't even there, but Garry was.
I would still like to see George if only to see Michael "Kidd Funkadelic" Hampton play again!
