Re: Wanee 2013 Possibilities/rumors/hopes... As previously noted Trombone Shorty will be in Tampa just before Wanee. He would be a fantastic addition to the line up. Also appearing at the same event are Dicky Betts, Johnny Lang, Eddie "The Chief" Clearwater, a zydeco band whose name escapes but I've seen them before and they are great. Any or all of these acts would be sweet, sweet, sweet.
From the "never been there before" file is the Florida music legend Ben Prestage. Google it.
