Welcome back Shaw....either I missed you or you haven't been around much lately. Either way, it is good to see you posting.

Didn't have a cart thankfully, but you should have seen what Jager can do to the back of a Taurus Stationwagon.......missed a lot of the show calling to my good buddy Ralph.

Re: What was your 1st camping Music Festival
Mine was Furthur Fest - The Other Ones and Ziggy Marley on September 23, 2000 at the SOSMP. I'd been to plenty of day fests before that, but never to a camping festival.

CDN FAN wrote: Some of the H.O.R.D.E festival shows I went had camping but them were some blurry times and all the years combine into one big experience. But Clifford Ball 96' was the first true camping music festival for me. I wish I had more to say about that weekend except the doses were real good and the music blew me away each day. Man Im jealous, those are some of my all time favorite phish shows. Although at that time I would have been 11, so going probably would have been inapproporiate. Anyways, my first camping fest was Roo '05. Loved it, it was certainly an eye opening experience. Never knew that world existed. Went back in '09, can't say the same things about that year. The magic was certainly gone and the atmosphere dramatically changed, and I likely will never go back to Roo. However, I will give Roo all the credit in the world for getting me hooked onto this festival thing! Hopefully hitting up my next one in a couple weeks at Jomeokee!
