 Tedeschi Trucks Band Blues Fest in St. Pete 1/20/13 Word is leaking out about a TTB lead blues fest in Vinoy Park on Sunday January 20 2013 (MLK Day Weekend). I cannot find anything official yet, but from Bands in Town app on Facebook, I found this line up:

Dr. John
Walter Trout
Sonny Landreth
The Wood Brothers
Joe Louis Walker
Matt Schofield
Big Sam's Funky Nation
Bobby Lee Rodgers
Sonny Landreth's post called it the first annual Tedeshi Trucks Band Blues Fest.

Re: Tedeschi Trucks Band Blues Fest in St. Pete 1/20/13 I would assume no camping as the park is city park right on the bay. However, if you have a boat you could set anchor just off shore. It is a beautiful location for a show. I have seen a number of festivals down there (Taste of Pinellas, Tampa Bay Blues Fest, Ribfest, Cajun Fest).
It looks to be a one day show starting at 10AM. I bet Bobby Lee opens the show just like Wanee.

Re: Tedeschi Trucks Band Blues Fest in St. Pete 1/20/13 Usually they play Jax on NYE, though I think they played San Fran last year. They have played Clearwater or Tampa in the past the week between Christmas & NY.

I know that North Mississippi will be around close to then also on thier way out of the state from Jamcruise I think. Also, Johnny Lang and Buddy Guy are playing Ribfest. MMmmmmnnnnnn. Ribs........and guitars!
