 Re: Orange Blossom Jamboree
Sir Paul sez I can't go; he demands I make an appearance before him that weekend Not for lack of desire though; many good friends went last year and said it was a blast. Basically the entire west coast festy gang was there. I expect a repeat of that this time.

Your favorite band starting up, but you just cracked open a cold one? No problem: Take it witchya! There's no 'Chugpoint Charlie' like at the Spirit... Plus, living in St. Pete, the Sertoma Youth Ranch is only an hour from my house - versus 3.5 hours to Live Oak... Now don't mis-read me here: I love the SoS, and cherish the wonderful memories I've made there... But yeah, OBJ is pretty phat. I'm booked for site 2013 this year.

 Re: Orange Blossom Jamboree
FWIW folks, I was at Sertoma Youth Ranch the weekend before Wanee, and can confirm it's a lovely place in its own right. Picture a more hilly version, and about a tenth the size, of SOSMP and you're getting the idea. Mitch Lind, the guy that operates Sertoma, is a sweetheart, and has completely the right mindset for festivals. The only thing wrong I can find, is that I have chosen SOSMP over Sertoma many a time, and Sertoma is equally deserving of my spare entertainment dollars. I only wish I could be retired and independently wealthy, so that I could support both to the extent I would like to do... both are well deserving of patronage, IMO.

 Re: Orange Blossom Jamboree
My Son will be doing this with me as he's home from College and Teresa has to fly out middle of the following week to go help our Niece during the birth of my first Grand-Niece. We should get there by noon Friday.
