 Re: Sunshine Blues Fest
It was magic meeting so many for the first time. I know I'll forget somebody. You know who you are. I've promised Charles that I will be less of a recluse.
I'm typing with one hand due to rotator cuff surgery Tuesday, which apparently went very well. Doctor was pleased yesterday with my progress. He swears the PT guy is going to beat me down once the sling comes off!

 Re: Sunshine Blues Fest
My other favorite moment? The stanza in "That Did It" where Susan often personalizes the area:
[This is close to what she sings!]
You said we were going to be married Oh, in the early spring. Oh people, I tell you I was walking by the pawn shop when I saw my ring. Now he said he needed the money, oh, to pay the rent. So why was he over at SKIPPER'S SMOKEHOUSE IN TAMPA drinking up my last cent.
Derek played Skipper's often in his teens. And, to my great shame, I never went to see him there. Rats...

I hope for your sake it's not your dominant hand it sucks trying to wipe with your left hand when you're a righty.

And of course it's my dominant hand! And it DOES suck! Shaving is treat, too.

He swears the PT guy is going to beat me down once the sling comes off! Sending healing vibes to you. I hope your recovery goes well. It was great seeing you and talking to you, if only for a few seconds.
