Re: Any Chance Of Furthur returning this year? There are soo many good bands covering dead tunes...one of my other favorites would have to be Splintered Sunlight....alot of them are very local though. It would be cool to have a few play Wanee this year.

Re: Any Chance Of Furthur returning this year? I totally agree, man. I've checked out that GD Cover band site before & there aren't any in my neck of the woods... which stinks. I'll be seeing lots of DSO coming up tho & I'm stoked about that...

Re: Any Chance Of Furthur returning this year? Tennessee, Tennessee There Ain't No Place that I'd Rather Be..... That sucks...only 1 of 3 White=0 Cover Bands.....Maybe I should start up a Dead cover band there

Re: Any Chance Of Furthur returning this year? Tell me about it, man. Back in the 90's we had a Dead cover band called Dead Set that would play here & they were soooo good! I miss them.

If your ever around Gettysburg pa, check out Black Hand, awesome band of people. Lead singer has an amazing voice, not jerry or bobby, but one of his own. They have a lot of passion and have a small fest around that around and always playing a bar full of heads.
Dso is hit or miss for me, but then again I've had this conversation with a few about DSO vs Furthur.
