 Wanee family bands
Just a question. I am not trying to bring a black cloud over the fest but...
When Gregg Allman dies, who will headline the fest ?
I would like to see TTB and Mule get the Friday and Saturday headlining spots and Thursday night be panic, further, Michael franti, string cheese, whoever.
Again I'm not trying to bring bad vibes
What do you guys think ?

I would love that but I just hope they don't turn into an abb version of what lynyrd skynyrd is now. Granted I like skynyrd but their album "last of a dying breed" wasn't very good IMHO.
I think warren, Derek , butch and otiel should be left to run the thing and you bet they would still do some Allman tunes.

Yeah but Skynyrd isnt skynryd... a brother and an exiled pianoist from way way back doesnt count them as skynyrd to me... but they are a damn fine cover band tho.... whereas... the rest of abb have been abb for years and years and years

As far as abb goes I would love to see them continue after Gregg. Which brings this question to mind. Would they bring in Kofi Burbridge and Bruce Kat for keyboard/ organ ? Would warren be the only vocalist ? I love thinking of the possibilities.
