I'd take Bonnie over grace anyday. I can't believe you missed her keeb!
sorry, this owllover is just not into it anymore. too much pop and stage shenanigans for me. I went to see her in KC and liked about 3 songs TOTAL.
still had a good time watching the antics, and wondered why they hide their stand in bass player in the back. that's effed up
Like bass karaoke or incognito?
That is very odd.
when Catherine Popper quit GPN they hired a new guy..apparantly he is not permanent. They stick him in the back during their sets, and even when they do the drum jam where they all get around the drums and bang, poor bass dude can barely even get a drum to bang on. He is treated like an unwanted step child and it makes me uncomfortable. All posters/pics of the band are old with CP pictured. just seems effed up to me
I agree, the old stuff so much better than the new. of course it is always an entertaining show, and I do think Grace has tuned down the hair flipping, jumping up and down like a jelly bean antics. she also quit doing that annoying high scream every 2 seconds..very thankful about that.
beautiful girl with loads of talent, I just would love to have seen her go more in a rock and roll direction than the pop tunes she's trying to get playing on the radio.
