 Re: Remember When
Pulling the nose up...dang boys...can't leave ya'll in charge of anything I remember putting all the building supplies for a fort on a flattened cardboard box and dragging it back in the woods with my friends to make the ultimate fort. I remeber playing in the mud and making plates of mud. Riding bikes down dead man's hill and being happy you survived. Being so awesome on my 10 speed that I could ride over curbs without having to put my hands on the handlebars. Playing football with all the boys in the neighborhood. Roller skating everday after I got home with my best friend next door. Recording the radio straight to one of my sweet dual tape decks trying to time it exactly right. I was a little too young for vinyl myself but totally appreciate it. Speaking of I remember laying in front of our stereo playing CCR on my stepdad's vinyl. I played it over and over and over again. Using a card catalogue at the library and having to talk to my friends about dirty things and what we thought they meant instead of googeling to see. oh and my favorite one..not having to work.
