We don't have the CD yet but we really what we're hearing from them. Jackie's going to be doing some shows with Mule, "Young Mule". Kind of makes me wonder how long that has been in the works as Joan kept calling him "Young Jackie" at Peach Fest.

Wasn't much of an Osbourn fan when she started solo, but caught her with Phil and Friends a few years back at HOB Orlando, and was hooked. As for Jackie Green, he's a Major Force of Nature*, and I hope that he takes care of himself and lives long. His greatness is still growing!

* like Jerry, Warren, Jimi et. al.

I actually really liked her music before, but I was blown out of the water when she played with the Dead summer of 2003 and again with P&F summer of 2006.

They were awesome at Wanee. Thanks for the report on the CD!

I wasn't big on Joan in the earlier days either, didn't she do that song Right Hand Man?

I always liked Joan since I heard her cover of Gary Wrights "Love Is Alive" and saw her solo on UCF's soccer field back early 2000's with bands like "Orlean's, Player, Al Stewert & Eddie Money" was a good allday show!
