means we've gotta be soon right! i think every other spring fest lineup is pretty much announced aside from wanee. and a good deal of the earlier summer lineups have been announced or have been telling folks when they will be (jazzfest this thurs, for exmaple)

how in the F^&$#^&$&^%# are they releasing before Wanee... this is getting ridiculous... you would think that they would be anxious to sell some more tickets??!?!?!?

Actually Wanee announced its initial line up a while ago, The Allman Brothers Band.

I am as impatient as everyone else, but I will say this for Wanee when they announce the line up they announce all the acts at once. The only exception is the Engine Barn Stage / Happy Hour acts & if there are any changes (i.e. when Toots & the Maytals canceled and were replaced by Buddy Guy in 2009). This has been the pattern pre-LN as well as under LN.

Now the schedule announcement(s), that can be a slow torturous process.
