Re: Where are YOU from? WV....I graduated from FAMU also. Got a BS and a Masters from there.....way back in the day.....(maybe '74ish.....a long time before you were born).

Go RATTLERS!!I love FAMU, but I'm surprised they still have their accreditation. They are always in the news for something not so positive.

Hazing just won't go away.....It is too bad to have the Best band and to do away with it....

Yep.. its ridiculous. I remember being completely appalled my freshman year when I found out how bad the hazing was. I lived in Palmetto South and one of the guys on the floor below me would come up to our room and ask me and my roomates to rub him down with witch hazel because he was beaten so bad.
SAD.
