I usually sit in my chair at the Peach stage but I also put it in the back of the field. I think last year we sat right behind the set of speakers they put in midfield and had a blast. I agree with tieyourshoes, that if I put my chair up close, once everyone stands up in front of me, I'm not gonna see so I don't bother.

That would be great. No room to shake it at the stage.

I hate it for the chair people- but this year when I make my way up front- if no butt is in it, that chair is getting slightly askew so i can get past!

Chairs on the hill are cool , you can easily get down front for a few songs then hit the beer tent , porta pot , grab a seat and a couple tokes , finish your beer and head for the front again , then repeat

I usually try to place my chair in the shady spot off to the left so I can get a shady break thru out the day.

Do you think chairs are such a bad problem at Wanee because it is such a family fest that most people won't grab your chair in between shows?

Unfortunately I got my chair stolen last year though I was forced to follow some friends up to where they claimed a spot. It was awful. I stayed there for all of five seconds. I hate following people to the front. I like to stay in the back and boogie
