Re: Moonshine I was thinking. If you have 150 EC, and you use 1/1 as in equal parts EC to every thing else thats only 75 proof and most of the recipies are closer to 1/3. Could you use less juice to keep it high proof? What about adding some Hot Damn 100 proof? WHat yall think
