Went to Athens this weekend to see the the Drive By Truckers who put on an excellent show considering the terrible weekend they have had. Anyway, stopped off in Macon on Friday to check out the Big House which we thouroughly enjoyed and the great folks there told us about the show in town that night. They turned us on to The Royal Southern Brotherhood show at the Capitol Theater. Devon Allman and these guys rocked. What an excellent show! Got to meet them all and they of course said they would be at Wanee. Just wanted to share this with all the BOS and SOS and say special thank you to all the really cool folks at The Big House.

So excited to see these guys at Wanee! One of these days I'm going to make it down to the Big House. Macon is only 2 hours from us, so there's really no excuse for not going there. We used to say we would stop on the way to Wanee every year, but we get too excited to get to the park and it never happens.

I may have to make a side trip on the way to Wanee to see the "Big House"...
