I love Wanee so much because:
1. Been to everyone of them
2. Best place in the world to have a festy
3. Best band in world headlines (ABB)
4. Met the people and music fans in the world
5. It's in Florida
6. Traveled many miles to be there (Flown & Drive)

I told my boss I would quit if he didn't give me those dates off... lol. He won't tell me if they are approved yet or not, but he likes to mess with me. The day the lineup came out, he kept asking me how the lineup was, knowing I couldn't look at my phone until 12... haha

True story, wanee 2009, one beautiful day by the river a group of about 20+ were in a circle. They proceeded to speak amongst themselves, walk into the water and then exit to a massive group hug and cheers with drinks. When I asked what that was all about an incredible young man told me that his father passed away four months before and one of his wishes was that part of his ashes were not just at wanee but specifically in the river. I cheersed him, wished his family well and came home and wrote that exact thing in my living will. It is just that magical of a place.

My husband and I both want our ashes scattered at all the beautiful places we have been to, and Wanee River is on that list of places.....

In 2010 was my first Wanee I had no idea what I was up against... It was the first time I have ever been to a festival or even camping in a tent. I was very excited!!! Went there after talking to a lot of you on the forum, and getting to know a lot of you awesome peeps, and then as soon as we rolled into the park you can just feel this overwhelming magic taking over you, It is hard to explain the feeling. I love Wanee more then I could ever put into words, Before I went to Wanee I was such a different person then when I left. So I can honestly say it has changed my life and for the better. Plus Wanee 2011 brought some wonderful magic into my life... Jeremy and I have had some problems getting pregnant and when we got back from Wanee I took a test and boom I was pregnant, So the Wanee magic brought me my little bundle of joy who is coming this year for his first time.

Josh is a beautiful example of Wanee magic too. What a cutie. It was so awesome to finally get to meet him last weekend. We love you guys and are so glad you will be coming to Wanee this year!
